As a therapist, I enjoy witnessing a client’s movement away from suffering and stuckness, and closer to a more satisfying, fulfilled, healthy and whole way of living. Drawing from my training as a graduate student at the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, I embrace a holistic vision of therapy, inviting the exploration and understanding of the various facets of our lives; physical, spiritual, social/community, intellectual and emotional. My approach is client-centered, compassionate and always honors the unique experience of each of my clients. I help individuals, couples, children and their families to understand and heal from the hurt or trauma that we experience on this journey of life. The work that we do together is collaborative. Ultimately, we will strive for a deeper understanding of the issues so that you can discover more insight into the strategies and problem solving most beneficial for you.
